Kathy Norman, Owner
Kathy is a seasoned nursing home administrator and registered nurse with over thirty years of experience leading long-term care facilities with a strong focus on resident safety, regulatory compliance, and compassionate, person-centered care.
Kathy has extensive experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She also has served in Director of Nursing, and Staff Development Coordinator roles. Kathy has experience working in non-profit retirement communities as well as for profit facilities.
As a former Regional Supervisor for NC DHSR/ACLS, Kathy brings experience in regulatory compliance for Adult Care Home Facilities. Kathy is certified by The National Association for Regulatory Administration. (NARA).
Kathy now offers her expertise through her consulting firm which was established with a singular focus: to improve administrative leadership and compliance in long term care. Kathy is available for consulting and interim administrator services in North and South Carolina.
